Who is responsible for your data

Website delivery and security
When you visit, the hosting infrastructure processes technical information required to deliver and protect the service: in particular your IP address, request time, requested URL, HTTP status and technical browser and device details included in the request.
The purposes are content delivery, error diagnosis and protection against attacks and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and available website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These technical details are necessary to deliver the page; the server cannot serve it without receiving them.
Your project brief stays with you
The “Let’s connect” form creates a text file in your browser. Your name, company, email, selected area and project description are not sent to the operator, hosting provider or a database. Completing the form is voluntary; required fields are needed only to generate the file.
The text remains in the open page. A downloaded file remains on your device until you delete it. Your browser may retain entries through its own autofill or session restore functions. We do not receive or use this content for marketing.
How long information is kept
Form contents are not stored on our server. Dismissal of the cookie notice is remembered in sessionStorage for the current tab session, normally until the tab closes; browser session restoration may preserve it.
The hosting provider keeps infrastructure data as needed for service delivery, diagnosis and security. Retention is determined by the continuing operational or security need; data is deleted or anonymised once no longer needed for those purposes, except where legally required. We maintain no visitor database or separate access log archive. See Schedule 1 of Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum for service-generated data.
Hosting, recipients and international transfers
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA and its infrastructure providers. Technical information may be accessed by the hosting provider and people operating the service, within the scope necessary for that purpose. For some service-generated data Vercel acts as a separate controller, as explained in its Privacy Notice.
Its global infrastructure may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, particularly to the United States. Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum sets out safeguards, including European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. These are available in Schedule 3; its subprocessor list is available at the Vercel Trust Center.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Data portability applies under the legal conditions for automated processing based on consent or a contract; the technical processing described here does not rely on those bases.
If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. This website currently requests no consent for analytics or advertising.
We normally respond within one month of receipt. Complex or numerous requests may require an extension of up to two further months; we will explain the reasons within the first month. Where justified, we may proportionately verify identity to protect personal data.
Complaints and updates
You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, or another competent supervisory authority.
This notice reflects the current website. It will be updated before enquiry transmission, analytics or other additional processing begins.
